Who are we? That’s a bit of a loaded question. The short, straightforward answer is that we’re a Minneapolis-based Loadrite dealer and a sales representative agency for companies who sell hose, PT, and rubber-related goods. It’s easy for us to talk about what we do…but it’s more important for us to talk about who we are.
We began in 1999 as the brainchild of Tim Whitmore. Tim spent more than 20 years in the industrial hose and rubber sales industry. Tim knew sales…but he knew there was a better way to do business. A better way to treat customers. A better way to streamline sales and service.
We like to do business a little differently. The simple truth is that when folks trust you, they want to do business with you. Making a sale isn’t as important as creating a lasting relationship. We pour all of our energy into long-term relational building between our customers and the manufacturers they work with. We know that good service is only one half of the equation – trust is the other. You can’t work without trust. We build lasting relationships so our customers know that we’re reliable and responsive.
When you need to purchase a new product or have an existing one serviced, you need to know the person on the other end will come through. That’s what we do best. Our customers can hold us to our word, because we deliver. Not just after we make the sale – for the life of their business.
Our Management Team
Whitmore Sales is literally in our blood. Brothers Scott and Kyle head our management team, picking right up where their father, Tim, left off. Tim Whitmore established Whitmore Sales as a trusted industrial representative. Now, the new generation is leading Whitmore Sales into new territory – literally. We’ve grown our territory in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Upper Peninsula Michigan. Who knows what the next generation will bring?
